From our farm to your kitchen table we value the welfare and health of our lambs. Our beautiful secluded farm is located in amongst granite boulders where the rain falls and the sun shines.
Our flock of Australian White Studs and lambs are carefully nurtured by us. If you read our story you will see that you are dealing direct with the farmer. That’s because we prefer to deal direct with our customers. It creates a healthier food system for both of us.
In 2016 we launched lamb bacon, a first for Australian consumers. If you haven’t tried it before, we think you’ll love it. A rich tender bacon with a smokey flavour that can only be achieved with the best quality lamb. Our LamBacon™ is handcrafted by a local artisan small goods producer, using Murray River salt and a traditional wood smoking process. We have four flavours to select from, each one of them created with a specific secret recipe.
LamBacon™ can be used in all styles of cooking but lends itself to Italian & Mediterranean dishes. It goes beautifully with coriander and chilli as well as a delightful treat for breakfast with free range scrambled eggs.
